Andalusian Food: COQUINAS
I’ve just ate them for dinner. They were delicious! You have to put olive oil to a pan and heat. Then, add parsley and garlic and  finally, the coquinas. Cook them until they open. Pour white wine to the coquinas and heat everything a bit more. And that’s it, ready to eat! YUM! (Don’t forget a few pieces of bread to dip them into the sauce!)
